Despite the pandemic, the CMA program was able to push through and was executed well via Zoom meetings. There are a lot of learnings and group activities during the sessions. The asynchronous sessions made me get to know more about my group mates and learned a lot from them especially on their experiences from their companies, while the synchronous sessions also have a lot of learnings and insights from the experiences of our lecturers.

Module 2 for Strategic Cost Analysis has given me a lot of opportunities to learn new frameworks, strategies, and management approaches which are significant to my role as CEO and for my future role in the bank as part of our succession plan which may happen this 2021 to 2022.

What we have in the 49th Batch is unusual but the program management turns it to be usual. COVID turns our life upside down. 2020 is tough but we are tougher. A few years from now, maybe someone will ask me what I have in 2020, at least despite all the problems, I can say that I’ve been in the CMA program and enjoying the fruits now.
