As a CMA (Certified Management Accountant) delegate, it has been an enriching and transformative experience. The opportunity to be part of the program allowed me to meet and share insights to groups of professionals with various experiences, expertise, skills and exposed me to new learnings and practices through collaborative case discussions, networking and research. The CMA Program is a great blessing to me. This semester I stopped my law studies to focus on a big project of my team “The Treasury Caravan.” Just as the project was about to end in April 2023, I enrolled in the CMA. I can only think of two keywords of my CMA experience which are “AFFIRMATION” and “REFLECTION.” Affirmation of the great depths of opportunities for Management Accountants and reflections of the vast improvements that I can put forward to my team and to the company. Indeed, it was a fruitful and worthwhile investment. The CMA Program serves as a turning point and a challenge to aspire not just to be better but to be great.
